I bring over a decade of experience supporting people in community-based roles, working with individuals of all ages in accessible, public-facing spaces. My personal experiences and work continue to shape how I show up in the therapy room today.

I take an eclectic approach, drawing primarily from humanistic, family systems, and cognitive behavioural therapy. That means we’ll work together to explore your life, what’s coming up for you, and what might help. I tailor each session to your needs, because no two people or their stories are the same.
I show up in session as myself: grounded, curious, and empathetic, with room for humour and laughter. I believe therapy works best when it feels real, when there’s a genuine connection, and when your whole self is welcome without judgement. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space where you can speak freely, reflect deeply, and move forward at your own pace.
